Entertainment One (eOne) is set to expand the My Little Pony franchise this year with nearly 500 minutes of new content across two series and two TV specials.

Among the new series is My Little Pony: Make Your Mark, a 3D animated series slated to premiere as a 44-minute special on Netflix on May 26. The full eight-episode series, which follows the Mane 5 on a journey of self-discovery, will debut later this year on September 26.

My Little Pony: Winter Wishday, a second 44-minute special for Netflix, is slated to bow on November 21.

The new Netflix series and specials were developed for television by Gillian Berrow and produced by Atomic Cartoons, with Cort Lane as executive producer and William Lau as supervising director. The cast lineup features the voice of Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, star of Netflix’s Never Have I Ever.

My Little Pony was a childhood favorite for me, and now, I get to be a pony!” Ramakrishnan said. “Life brought me full circle, and I couldn’t be more thankful. I am so excited to be able to bring some fun adventures and wholesome magic into fans’ lives!”

The second new series set to hit screens this year is My Little Pony: Tell Your Tale, launching for free on the My Little Pony YouTube channel on April 7. Produced by Lil Critter Workshop, the 2D animated series introduces the main characters of the Netflix series. After its initial debut, new five-minute episodes will release each week.

The new My Little Pony characters will also feature in new audio stories, a console game, apps, music and a dedicated podcast throughout the course of the year, as well as a new line of toys from Hasbro.
