Disney Strikes Deal with Dan Povenmire

Dan Povenmire has signed a new overall deal with Disney Branded Television, which includes production of 40 all-new episodes of Phineas and Ferb.

The agreement with Povenmire also includes a second season of the animated superhero series Hamster & Gretel and the development of live-action projects.

Povenmire said, “It has been the greatest pleasure of my career to see how an entire generation of kids and parents have embraced the characters and the humor of Phineas and Ferb. I’m eagerly looking forward to diving back into the show for them and for a whole new generation.”

Disney Branded Television also announced second seasons of its newest animated series, Firebuds and SuperKitties, as well as an early season two renewal for the upcoming series Pupstruction.
