Canela Media Reveals Kids’ AVOD

Canela Media has unveiled Canela Kids, a new Spanish-language AVOD for kids ages 2 to 12, set to launch on August 16.

Canela Kids will feature channels for all ages, including curated and educational zones for ages 1 to 5 and 6 to 12. At launch, over 1,500 hours of content will be available, including Cocomelon, Blippi Wonders, T-Rex Ranch, Lellobee Farm and more.

Hit series such as Barney, Angelina Ballerina, Raggs, Space Racers and Garfield will be available as well. An original series produced by Upstairs Miami is in development.

“Canela Kids will be a meaningful destination for kids, parents and caregivers—a place where they can discover entertaining content with characters both familiar and beloved,” said Maggie Salas-Amaro, director of Canela Kids. “We are excited to bring this new offering to life and provide a truly unique experience for families that will entertain, educate and engage.”
