CAKE Sends Oscar’s Oasis to Italy

LONDON: CAKE has licensed the non-verbal CGI-animated series Oscar’s Oasis to Discovery in Italy.

Oscar’s Oasis follows the adventures of a lonely lizard as he makes his way through a harsh desert filled with various enemies. The 78×7-minute show, geared toward young viewers between the ages of 6 and 11, is co-produced by TeamTO, Tuba Entertainment and CAKE. Discovery Italy will begin airing the series on its free-to-air channel K2 in November.

Oscar’s Oasis was commissioned by France’s TF1. It has aired in a number of territories around the globe, including on Netflix in the U.S., Cartoon Network in Latin America, Disney in Asia, Australia and Benelux, Canal Once in Mexico, MBC in the Middle East, SVT in Sweden and MTV3 in Finland.
