Spacetoon Expands to Türkiye

Spacetoon Group has expanded into Türkiye, rolling out a free-to-air channel as well as a streaming platform.

Alongside the launch of Spacetoon Türkiye and the Turkish expansion of Spacetoon Go, the company has established an L&M operation in the country. Kemal Coşkuner, former general manager of Disney Channel Türkiye, is leading Spacetoon’s expansion into Türkiye, with Gül Disma tapped as head of licensing and toys.

Acquired titles on Spacetoon Türkiye include The Smurfs, Bluey, The Adventures of Paddington, Kid Lucky, Strawberry Shortcake: Berry in the Big City, 44 Cats, Naruto, Doraemon and Bey Blade X. The channel is being carried on Digiturk, Dsmart, Tivibu, TV+, S Sport+ and KabloTV.
