Spacetoon Takes Equity Stake in Samaka Studio

Spacetoon has taken an equity stake in Samaka Studio as part of its initiative to invest in original IP creation and global animated franchise-building.

Samaka Studio was founded in Cairo and is now operating between Abu Dhabi and Egypt. Through the new partnership, the companies will work together to accelerate IP creation, expand production capacity and establish a regional hub for animation innovation. Samaka Studio will maintain its creative independence while developing exclusive titles for Spacetoon.
