BBC Studios Kids & Family has secured a raft of international sales for several of its hit series, including Hey Duggee.

Episodes of Hey Duggee have now landed on the BBC Kids FAST channel on The Roku Channel, with additional VOD sales to The Roku Channel, Tubi and Peacock. New broadcasters on board include SBT Brazil and RÚV Iceland.

Knowledge Network in Canada, DR in Denmark, WDR in Germany, Warner Bros. Discovery in Italy, De Agostini Editore in Italy, Prime Video in Spain and SVT in Sweden all renewed their licensing deals for the series. These new deals and renewals follow the series’ free-to-air debut in the MENA region on MBC3.

Hey Duggee is produced by Studio AKA and follows the adventures of club leader Duggee and his squirrels. Since debuting in 2014, the series has been streamed 1.36 billion times on BBC iPlayer in the U.K. and has garnered over 3 billion lifetime views on its official YouTube channel.

BBC Studios Kids & Family also inked new licensing deals for Popularity Papers, based on the best-selling books by Amy Ignatow and produced by Aircraft Pictures and WexWorks Media, in association with BBC Studios Kids & Family. ABC Australia, Nickelodeon in the U.K. and Italy and Hulu in the U.S. have now picked up the live-action comedy.

Popularity Papers centers on two best friends in middle school as they set out to crack the “popularity” code by conducting a variety of social experiments. It originally debuted in April last year on YTV and STACKTV in Canada.

Additionally, BBC Studios Kids & Family has expanded the footprint of Bluey, which has been acquired by the free-to-air platform SpaceToon TV in MENA. Season three was also recently sold to DR in Denmark, Rai Yoyo in Italy, DeAJunior in Italy and Public Limited and LaTVian Television in Latvia. Season one was licensed to Yle in Finland and De Agostini Editore in Italy.

The Emmy and BAFTA-winning series is produced by Ludo Studio in association with Screen Queensland and Screen Australia and was jointly commissioned by ABC Children’s and BBC Studios Kids & Family. It follows the lovable Blue Heeler dog Bluey and her family and neighborhood.

“We have ambitious plans to grow our global reach, so I’m delighted these incredible shows are continuing to expand and connect to audiences around the world thanks to our incredible sales teams,” said Cecilia Persson, managing director of BBC Studios Kids & Family.
