From WBA, director Pete Browngardt and the creative team behind the Looney Tunes cartoons, The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie sees Porky Pig and Daffy Duck become unlikely heroes when facing the threat of an alien invasion on Earth.

The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim, from New Line Cinema and WBA, is set to be distributed theatrically worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures in December. First footage will be unveiled at the festival with a filmmaker conversation.

More highlights include “making of” sessions about Creature Commandos, a DC Studios and Max original, and The Amazing World of Gumball.

Adult Swim, Max and WBA will spotlight their efforts in the adult animation space, as decision-makers preview current and upcoming projects and share their strategies for Warner Bros. Discovery’s success.

Also, there will be a curated program celebrating the legacy of short-form at Warner Bros. Animation, Hanna-Barbera and Cartoon Network Studios, entitled 100 Years of Shorts.
