Strong Start for Good Singers on TF1

The French adaptation of Global Agency’s Is That Really Your Voice? had a strong start on TF1 on Friday, July 17, with an 18.2 percent share of viewers 4-plus.

Good Singers scored 3.2 million viewers, a 40-percent increase for the same slot on the channel a week earlier. It secured a 30-percent share among women 50 and up, 26 percent in 25 to 49, 40 percent in the 4 to 14 demo and 32 percent in 15 to 24.

The format, created by Izzet Pinto, founder and CEO of Global Agency, is hosted by Jarry in France. In it, singers try to impress the celebrity judges without actually singing in the first place.
