Armoza Formats has landed a deal that will see the sitcom Life Isn’t Everything being remade in Greece.

The local adaptation will air on Open TV. From JCS Productions, Life Isn’t Everything is a romantic and lightly cynical sitcom that centers on a comedy writer who can’t seem to figure out life. Just when he thinks he’s got it all, he realizes he should be more careful of what he wishes for—life might just give him everything he thought he wanted.

Salome Peillon, senior sales director of Western and Southern Europe, CEE, CIS and French-Speaking Canada at Armoza Formats, said: “Life Isn’t Everything is a classic sitcom that proves that good stories are timeless. With the strong success of the format in Israel as one of the most beloved and longest-running comedies, we are looking forward to seeing this newest adaption in Greece and the way that Open TV will bring this story and its characters to life.”
