Avi Armoza has clinched a deal to regain ownership of Armoza Formats from ITV Studios.

Armoza Formats, which has been part of ITV Studios since 2019, will continue to hold the exclusive rights to adapt the company’s formats in Israel, including Love Island, which rolls out soon on Free TV. ITV Studios retains the rights to the Armoza Formats catalog it acquired, encompassing about 100 titles, including Still Standing, Marry Me Now and The Four.

“Adapting to the changing needs of the market—exploring and finding new ways to do business—has always been at the heart of Armoza Formats,” Armoza said. “I’m excited for the next chapter.”

Lisa Perrin, managing director for international production at ITV Studios, added: “Under Avi’s leadership, shows like Love Island and Come Dine with Me have launched successfully, and I’m really pleased to continue to work with him as he represents our catalog of award-winning formats.”
