Marcus Lemonis has teamed up with Nancy Glass and Glass Entertainment Group to acquire the game show Let’s Make a Deal.

Lemonis and Glass have retained the IP and all assets from Hatos-Hall Productions in a deal that includes the rights to other game formats that will be rebooted and relaunched. The pair has brought in television and film executive Sharon Hall as a consultant.

The team will be taking Let’s Make a Deal and other historic shows in the future as part of an expansion strategy exploring various scalable opportunities. The plan includes a 360-degree entertainment approach on how to bring these shows to life. Together, Glass, Lemonis and Hall will create innovative partnerships for Let’s Make a Deal, as well as international format distribution for live and touring shows.

Lemonis said: “Let’s Make a Deal is so much more than a game show. It is part of American history and our entertainment culture. I love that it gives people the opportunity to be creative, think strategically and make deals to win some really great prizes. I’m also very excited to be working alongside two powerful and successful women in entertainment. How could this not be a great deal for me.”

Glass said: “We are very excited about the opportunity to expand this iconic brand and build on its popularity. We are also thrilled to be working with Sharon Hall, an outstanding television executive and a person who has known Let’s Make a Deal her entire life.”
