Workpoint Group has inked a deal with Indosiar in Indonesia for additional episodes of the singing competition Mic On Debt Off.

Workpoint Group originally received a 30-episode order for the local Indonesian version, Mikrofon Pelunas Hutang. Following the success of the show, the broadcaster ordered another 180 episodes to air the series for an additional six months.

In addition, Workpoint Group signed an agreement with Bayon TV, a media giant in Cambodia, to produce the format.

Mic On Debt Off sees two vocal talents from around the nation compete in a singing competition in front of three professional judges. After a winner is selected, they go into the next round to pick one among an identical set of microphones. If the chosen MIC is ON, their DEBT will be paid OFF.
