Endemol Shine Iberia Creates New Renovation Format

Endemol Shine Group has revealed the latest original format from its Spanish label Shine Iberia: Masters of Renovation.

Atresmedia has ordered a prime-time series of the new renovation format, which will premiere on Antena 3 this spring. Masters of Renovation sees pairs of contestants in a close relationship have their decorating and renovation skills put to the test in the hope of impressing a jury of top interior and architectural talent.

Masters of Renovation will feature indoor and outdoor challenges that could be anything from decorating a wall with wallpaper or restoring furniture to full makeovers of different properties such as a school, restaurant or beach house. Renowned Spanish TV personality Manel Fuentes will host, and the show will include a jury of professionals who will assess the contestants’ work, including architect Tomás Alía, interior designer Pepe Leal and construction manager Carolina Castedo, along with a guest judge, interior designer Pascua Ortega.
