CJ ENM Orders New Season of I Can See Your Voice

The musical format I Can See Your Voice (ICSYV) is getting a sixth season on CJ ENM’s Mnet channel.

Singers Kim Jong-gook and Leeteuk, as well as comedian Yoo Se-yoon, will return as the main MCs for the latest season. There will be new guest artists, and panels will once again attempt to guess the six contestants of varying vocal skills as they lip-sync. The only clues to their respective identities are their appearances and the way they lip-sync to pre-recorded songs. The sixth season of ICSYV will premiere on Mnet on January 18.

ICSYV, one of the longest-running music shows in Korea, has been adapted globally. So far, the show has been remade in nine countries, including Thailand, Malaysia, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Romania.
