Mnet Unveils New K-dance Competition

CJ ENM’s Mnet has unveiled a brand-new K-dance competition series launching this summer.

“In the professional performance directing scene, success ultimately depends on an individual’s ability to deliver choreography and stage direction that can establish their name in the industry,” said producer Choi Jung-nam. “This series will explore who can present the most outstanding and jaw-dropping performances, driven by creativity and professionalism—without limitations imposed by gender.”

While previous dance series focused primarily on dancers’ performance abilities, the upcoming series will highlight the journey of performance directors, who oversee every aspect of a stage—from choreography and planning to scripting and overall production.
