Yannick Bolloré Succeeds Father Vincent as Vivendi Chairman

Vivendi has appointed Yannick Bolloré as chairman, taking over from Vincent Bolloré, his father.

Vincent Bolloré was named Vivendi’s chairman in 2014. Yannick Bolloré is currently chairman and chief executive at advertising company Havas.

Vivendi said that the supervisory board voted unanimously to appoint Yannick as his father’s successor. The board confirmed Philippe Bénacin as vice-chairman.
