A+E Networks UK Brings in Head of Distribution

LONDON: Katarzyna Jablonska has been hired by A+E Networks UK as its director of distribution, a newly created position that is effective immediately.

In her new post, Jablonska will be in charge of linear and non-linear network development in the U.K., CEE, South Africa, Benelux and the Nordic region. She will help drive the growth of such A+E Networks UK channels as HISTORY, Crime & Investigation Network, BIO and H2. She will work under Bakori Davis, the company’s VP of commercial operations.

Prior to her appointment, Jablonska worked as the commercial director for Universal Global Networks, where she handled all key revenue streams, led new channel launches and developed long-term sales strategy. Before that she was Fox Channels International’s regional director for Central Europe.
