CSI Brings Live Stage Show to Europe

NEW YORK: A kid-friendly interactive stage show based on the hit CBS series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation is being produced by Lemon for a tour in Spain and Portugal.

Lemon is the largest producer of children’s shows in the Iberian Peninsula. A multi-city tour will kick off in Lisbon, Portugal, on May 6. It will continue to a host of cities throughout the country before heading to Spain. The Spanish leg of the tour begins in Madrid on June 5.

Mad Science Productions created the original show that toured in the U.S. and Canada. The tour coincides with the launch of the Club CSI: children’s books in Portugal by Imagine Words. The live stage show features cutting-edge forensic science, audience interaction and visual effects to solve a "whodunit."

“CSI: LIVE! has stoked the imaginations of kids across North America, and we’re excited to have Lemon bring the show to fans in Spain and Portugal,” said Liz Kalodner, the executive VP and general manager of CBS Consumer Products. “Combined with the introduction of the Club CSI: book series, this is another step in our long-term strategy to build the CSI brand with our youngest fans.”
