Sweden’s TV4 Shuffles Management

The Swedish broadcaster TV4 has reorganized its senior management team under CEO Mathias Berg.

Berg presented his new management team, who will be instrumental in achieving the group’s next step in its journey of increasing the pace of digitization.

Chief Content Officer Åsa Sjöberg is stepping down, exiting the role after almost 25 years with TV4.

Her responsibilities are being taken on by Fredrik Arefalk, who becomes channel and content director for TV4, head of TV and media for Sweden.

Johannes Leppänen has been named president and CEO of MTV and head of TV and media for Finland.

Henri Caddeo becomes chief technology officer, head of product and technology.

Sofia Kördel takes on the CFO role, head of finance.

Malin Häger is Nordic sales director for advertising.

Åsa Barsness, HR and communications director, has resigned to start a corresponding position at SVT and will leave TV4 in spring 2023.

Markus Illukka is head of Nordic wholesale and partnerships.

Ulrika Jensen holds the role of general counsel, head of legal and corporate affairs.

Jannike Croona Broman is head of Nordic operations and insights.
