NENT Group Acquires Exclusive Women’s Tennis Rights

Nordic Entertainment Group (NENT Group) has secured the exclusive media rights to 50 tennis tournaments from the Women’s Tennis Association in Sweden, Norway and Finland.

Under the agreement, tennis fans can view the tournament matches live on NENT Group’s Viaplay streaming service, with select matches also broadcast on NENT Group’s television channels. NENT Group’s coverage of WTA Premier and International category events begins this month and will feature tournaments in Shenzhen, Brisbane and Auckland. The coverage will conclude with the WTA Finals in Shenzhen between October 27 and November 3.

NENT Group also holds the Danish, Swedish and Norwegian media rights to the men’s tennis ATP World Tour Masters 1000 series and ATP World Tour Finals. It holds Danish media rights to the ATP World Tour 250 and ATP World Tour 500.
