BBC Studios Appoints for Entertainment & Music

BBC Studios has made two new appointments to its entertainment and music team, including bringing on Tiger Aspect’s Joe Evans.

Evans joins as creative director of development, leading development for BBC Studios Entertainment & Music, working closely with Eddie Evelyn-Hall, who joins as head of development. Evans has 18 years of experience in non-scripted entertainment, reality and comedy entertainment formats. He was previously director of development at Tiger Aspect, part of Endemol Shine, where he ran the development team. Evelyn-Hall joins BBC Studios from Monkey Kingdom, where he was head of development, running the development team and creating entertainment and factual entertainment formats for U.K. and U.S. channels.

Together, Evans and Evelyn-Hall will work with the existing creative team to devise new entertainment programs and formats for U.K. and international broadcasters and digital platforms.
