Son of Songs Among Mediapro Group’s MIPCOM Highlights


Mediapro Group and its distribution branch, Imagina International Sales, are heading to Cannes with new and original entertainment titles, including Son of Songs.

Son of Songs is a talent show that sees contestants choose a legendary song to sing in a different musical style. It is produced by Mediapro, Gazul Productions and Casa Limón. In each episode of One Year Long Dinner, chef Quique Dacosta and a different guest star set out on a culinary journey that sees them share four dinners in one year. One Year Long Dinner is co-produced by Quique Dacosta, Mediapro Group and Phileas Productions.

The slate also includes Rush Hour Love from Mediapro Group, Maagalot Productions and Phileas Productions. Distributed by Imagina International Sales, the show introduces viewers to the idea that traffic jams could be the best place to meet a significant other. Another highlight is the reality show Medium in a Box. Produced by Big Band Media and distributed by Imagina International Sales, the series puts a medium’s ability to predict the future to the test.
