MUNICH/UNTERFÖHRING: Sky Deutschland and Fox Networks Group Germany have expanded their partnership to include even more content being made available across nonlinear platforms.

Starting on October 24, Sky Deutschland users can watch new episodes of The Walking Dead. All six previous seasons of the series are now available on Sky Box Sets via Sky On Demand, Sky Go and Sky Ticket. The new season of Ray Donovan will also be starting on October 24, and early next year the new Fox series Legion, which takes place in Marvel’s X-Men universe, will begin airing simultaneously across the world.

Upcoming programming highlights on National Geographic Channel include the exclusive German premiere of the new six-part documentary series Mars from Ron Howard and Brian Grazer as well as the second season of the documentary series Years of Living Dangerously.

Constanze Gilles, the VP for partner channels at Sky Deutschland, said: “The extension and expansion of our partnership with Fox Networks Group Germany ensures that Sky customers will continue to be the first to watch outstanding programming from Fox, National Geographic and Nat Geo Wild.”

Marco de Ruiter, the managing director of Fox Networks Group Germany, added: “In addition to our fictional content, nonfiction programming from National Geographic continues to increase in significance for Fox Networks Group on an international and local level. With the expansion of the successful cooperation with our longstanding partner Sky, we are now doing even more to reflect what viewers in Germany and Austria want to watch. In doing so, FNG Germany is further expanding its pioneering role in providing extensive linear and nonlinear content.”
