Michal Kozicki Moves Up at HBO Poland

WARSAW: Michal Kozicki has been promoted from sales director to president of HBO Poland.

Kozicki is replacing Alek Kutela, who is leaving the company. He earned his Masters of Economics from UMCS in Lublin, and has attended postgraduate studies in business psychology at Kozminski University and the INSEAD CTAM Europe Executive Management program. Kozicki has worked for HBO since 2004.

Meanwhile, Michal Walewski has been appointed sales director, having previously served as senior national key account manager. He first joined HBO Poland in 2008, after studying marketing and management at Skarbeck University in Warsaw.

Linda Jensen, the CEO of HBO Europe, said: "In the ten years since he joined HBO, Michal has demonstrated excellent sales and managerial skills; I am delighted by his appointment and look forward to working with him in the future."
