LONDON: Endemol Shine UK has made a slew of new appointments for its multi-channel network ChannelFlip, among them naming executive producer Jules Fuller the digital hub’s new creative director.

Fuller, who first joined Endemol Shine Group’s Initial in 2004, will take creative leadership across all ChannelFlip’s digital programming. The exec replaces current creative director Jamie Lennox, who is stepping down from the role early this summer.

Meanwhile, Caroline Reik has been appointed the director of branded content at Endemol Shine UK, with extra responsibilities covering both digital and linear branded partnerships at ChannelFlip and Endemol Beyond UK. Fuller and Reik will report to Laurence Jones, commercial director at Endemol Shine UK, who will be overseeing both ChannelFlip and Endemol Beyond UK.

In addition, Riyad Barmania, a creative producer at ChannelFlip, was upped to content director for the company. ChannelFlip’s commercial director, Matt Rook, has also decided to step down this summer.

“ChannelFlip and Endemol Beyond have outstanding teams in place which encompass the entire spectrum of creative digital programming, talent management and brand partnerships,” said Jones. “Jamie and Matt have done a fantastic job helping shape ChannelFlip in their roles, and in the last few months bringing the company under one roof. They are leaving the business in great shape for Jules and Caroline, who have the commercial and production experience to step into these new roles as part of an enhanced digital offering.”

“After a collective 13 years at ChannelFlip having helped build it into the most innovative MCN in the U.K., now is the right time for us to start a new venture of our own,” said Lennox and Rook. “We’re leaving ChannelFlip in extremely strong shape with an exceptionally talented team in place, and look forward to seeing where they take it over the coming years.”
