CBSSI, FIC in Multiyear Swedish Deal

STOCKHOLM: FOX International Channels (FIC) in Sweden has inked a deal with CBS Studios International covering the rights to a range of titles, including Madam Secretary and Scorpion.

The multiyear deal grants FOX the exclusive Swedish broadcast rights to Madam Secretary, beginning December 1, and Scorpion, which will roll out in early 2015. The agreement also covers the upcoming CBS comedy The Odd Couple. In addition, FOX has extended its rights for reruns of series like The Good Wife and Numb3rs. The extended deal includes nonlinear rights, delivering multiplatform access to those shows.
