Sky Deutschland Secures TMG Movie Package

MUNICH: Sky Deutschland has secured a movie package from Tele München Group (TMG) for its linear film channels as well as on demand for Sky Anytime and Sky Go.

Highlights of the package include Night Train to Lisbon as well as the highly anticipated upcoming Nymphomaniac 1 from director Lars vot Trier. Sky will also air Ruby Red and the blockbuster Iron Man 3. Sky Deutschland will exclusively air the German TV premiere of the film adaptation of the bestseller The Hundred-Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out The Window and Disappeared.

Gary Davey, the executive VP of programming at Sky Deutschland, said: “Sky is the place to go for all film fans. The renewed cooperation with our important partner TMG underscores this position and secures exclusive TV premieres for top movies from TMG. And of course, Sky customers will also be able to experience these movies with complete flexibility thanks to on demand services Sky Go and Sky Anytime.”
