Novovision Boosts French Team

PARIS: Novovision, previously known as Novavision, has named Diane Imbault-Huart as the new head of development for programs and formats for French channels.

In her new role, Imbault-Huart will be responsible for increasing the company’s presence in France. With more than two decades of experience in French television, she previously served as a programming executive for M6 and as the head of programming for Disney Television France and Vivolta.

Novovision, a French company, gets 94 percent of its revenues from overseas markets.

"That’s a strength, but also a weakness," remarked François-Xavier Poirier, Novovision’s founder and president. "In order to establish a dialogue with French channels, we wanted a representative who is known to and appreciated by the French broadcasting sector."
