FME Adds New Titles to MIPCOM Catalogue

LONDON: There are a range of new programs, both scripted and non-scripted, that FremantleMedia Enterprises (FME) has lined up for MIPCOM, adding to the 20,000 hours already available from the company.

New programs include the U.S. drama Battleground and Brandt Point. Battleground is a 13×30-minute series, produced for Hulu. The show is included as part of the first-look deal between FME and the online video service. Brandt Point is a 1×90-minute romantic drama that centers on a 16-year-old boy who is summering with his family on an idyllic island.

On FME’s factual slate are, among others, Half the Sky, inspired by the book Half the Sky: Turning Oppression into Opportunity for Women Worldwide; The Mind of a Chef, narrated and executive produced by Anthony Bourdain; and Styled by June, featuring celebrity fashion stylist June Ambrose.

These new offerings join the slate alongside titles such as Wedding Band, Project Runway, The X Factor USA, Tree Fu Tom, Grojband and many others.
