FilmBox Live to Roll Out on Samsung Smart TVs in Europe

CANNES, April 3: Samsung Electronics Co. is launching a range of new content services on the Samsung Smart TV beginning with FilmBox Live, delivering streaming access to more than 2,000 titles from the SPI International library.

FilmBox Live is available as a monthly subscription service and includes seven channels available in Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria and Spain beginning this month with Czech Republic and Slovakia to follow in July. By downloading the FilmBox Live app, viewers can stream more than 2,000 movies from SPI International’s library. As part of the partnership, three additional channels will soon be made available as individual applications across all of Europe: FightBox HD, FashionBox HD and DocuBox HD. Exclusively available to customers in to Poland will be an additional two channels from the Kino Polska TV brand, with Polish films, TV series, music videos and original content.
