The candid-camera show Junior Hidden Camera will begin airing on the kids’ channel on April 1. The Bahrain Television terrestrial channel has acquired a package of 90 shows of Hilarious Home Video, Mad Boys and Junior Hidden Camera, while the Dubai-based distributor ABC is renewing its deal with Novavision for the first 200 Pop Corn TV shows for exclusive distribution in the Middle East. Also, Orange Caraïbe has signed up for 33 candid camera clips from the series Zeze. The deal includes mobile and Internet distribution in Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Saint Martin and Saint Barthélemy.

“The beginning of the year has been very strong for Novavision, with increasing demand in the Middle East and North Africa,” said François-Xavier Poirier, the president of Novavision. “Our junior gags filmed in HD are meeting the ever-growing demand for high-quality comedy formats, such as the latest acquisition of Junior Hidden Camera by Cartoon Network.”
