Red Arrow’s Snowman Builds Business in Norway

MUNICH: Snowman Productions, the Scandinavian production arm of Red Arrow Entertainment Group, is expanding its business into Norway, with an office in Oslo.

Peter Blanck, previously the executive producer at Viasat Broadcasting, will serve as managing director. Magnus Vatn, who joins from serving as head of reality and executive producer at Nordisk Film TV, has been tapped for the role of creative director. Kristoffer Reinsfelt Arnesen, who will serve as head of entertainment, was recently executive producer at Monster Entertainment.

Snowman launched in Stockholm in August 2010 and expanded to Copenhagen at the start of 2011.

Pontus Gårdinger, the Nordic CEO for Snowman Productions, said: "Since Snowman was launched little more than a year ago, our clear ambition has been to gain a foothold across all Scandinavian markets. The launch of Snowman Norway is a key part of the puzzle and I couldn’t be happier."
