ZDF Enterprises Lands Viasat World Deal for Dead Still

ZDF Enterprises has signed a deal with Viasat World’s Epic Drama channel for Dead Still that will see the series receiving a pay-TV premiere across CEE, CIS, Baltics, Malta and Turkey.

The Irish-Canadian production will debut on the Epic Drama channel on October 10. Sales for the six-part series have also been sealed with the Russian VOD service Showjet and Canal+’s French pay-TV channel Polar+.

Dead Still first premiered in May 2020 on Canada’s Acorn TV and Citytv and will air this fall on RTÉ in Ireland. Set in the Victorian era, the series follows the strange adventures of two of Dublin’s most famed memorial photographers.
