Upgrade Teams with Morena Films for Sci-Fi Thriller

Upgrade Productions has partnered with Spanish production company Morena Films for the original sci-fi thriller series Ulterior, starring and executive produced by Alba Flores (Money Heist, Vis a vis).

In the Spanish-language series, the company Hevǝn offers people the opportunity to connect to a simulation of their lives that erases every painful memory they may have. When singer and influencer Ada wakes up in a life she doesn’t recognize, she must play along in order to return to her real life.

Created by Manuel Burque (Vida perfecta) and Alex Rodrigo (Money Heist, Vis a vis), Ulterior is executive produced by Morena Films’ Pedro Uriol (The Invisible Girl, The Invisible Ladies, Below Zero) and Flores.
