RICHMOND: The debut of Corp + Anam on the MHz Choice SVOD platform later this month will mark the first series in Irish Gaelic to be released in the U.S.

Set in contemporary Ireland, Corp + Anam chronicles the professional and personal life of TV crime correspondent Cathal Mac Iarnáin (played by Diarmuid de Faoite), who prides himself on pursuing the story behind the story. He is often too busy chasing headlines to notice that the world of crime strikes closer to home every day. The eight-episode, Irish-language thriller also stars Maria Doyle Kennedy (Orphan Black). Thanks to the pickup from MHz Networks, the drama will be available on SVOD and DVD in the U.S. with English subtitles.

Also out this month on MHz Choice are the newest season of the war drama A French Village and the complete series Weissensee Saga from Germany.
