TIFF’s 2023 Program Goes International

The Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) Primetime program is slated to feature series from around the world and eight world premieres, including Bad Boy, a new drama from Euphoria’s Ron Leshem and Bosch’s Hagar Ben-Asher.

Bad Boy, a series from Israel, also sports credits from Daniel Chen, Roee Florentin, Moshe Malka, Amit Cohen and Daniel Amsel. More world premieres at the festival include those for Victor Levin, Juho Kuosmanen and Hong Khaou’s Alice & Jack (U.K.); Shawn Levy and Steven Knight’s All the Light We Cannot See (U.S.); and Lulu Wang’s Expats (U.S.).

Leslie Norville’s Black Life: Untold Stories, Sasha Leigh Henry’s Bria Mack Gets a Life and the English-language version of Kim O’Bomsawin’s Telling Our Story—all from Canada—are also slated to premiere. TIFF also plans to feature the North American premiere of Byun Seung-min and Jeon Woo-sung’s Bargain (South Korea).

TIFF is set to take place from September 7 to 17.
