The Book of Negroes to Stream on Hulu in the U.S.

LOS ANGELES/TORONTO: Hulu has sealed a deal with Entertainment One (eOne) for the exclusive U.S. streaming rights to The Book of Negroes.

The six-part miniseries stars Cuba Gooding Jr., Aunjanue Ellis, Louis Gossett Jr. and Lyriq Bent. It launched last year on BET to a total of 8.2 million viewers and on CBC in Canada to 1.9 million viewers.

An official Canada-South Africa treaty co-production, The Book of Negroes was produced by Conquering Lion Pictures, Out of Africa Entertainment, eOne and Idlewild Films.
