Sam Worthington in Stan Thriller Transfusion

The Australian streaming platform Stan has lined up Transfusion, a thriller starring Sam Worthington (Avatar).

Worthington stars as Ryan Logan, a former Special Forces operative who is battling to cope with life after the loss of his wife and is thrust into the criminal underworld to keep his only son from being taken from him. Transfusion co-stars Phoebe Tonkin (Stan’s Bloom) and Matt Nable (The Dry).

Filming on the movie started in Sydney earlier this week and will premiere on Stan in 2022.
