Prime Video Slates Outer Range Season Two

Prime Video has set the debut of Outer Range’s second season for May 16, when all seven episodes will bow.

In season two, the mystery of the dark void on the Abbott family ranch deepens as they struggle to keep it together after the sudden disappearance of their granddaughter. Star and executive producer Josh Brolin (Dune: Part Two) will make his directorial debut with season two’s penultimate episode.

The Outer Range cast includes Imogen Poots (Baltimore), Lili Taylor (Manhunt), Tamara Podemski (Reservation Dogs), Lewis Pullman (Lessons in Chemistry), Tom Pelphrey (Ozark), Noah Reid (Schitt’s Creek), Shaun Sipos (Reacher), Isabel Arraiza (The Little Things), Olive Abercrombie (The Haunting of Hill House) and Will Patton (Horizon: An American Saga).

Season two comes from showrunner and executive producer Charles Murray (True Story, Sons of Anarchy). Additional executive producers are Brad Pitt, Dede Gardner, Jeremy Kleiner, Ernest McNealey, Tony Krantz, Heather Rae, Jon Paré and Brolin.
