Palm Springs Writer Preps Mystery Series for Peacock

Peacock has ordered The Resort, a multigenerational exploration of love, marriage and family vacations that is set against the backdrop of the Mayan Riviera’s most bizarre unsolved mysteries.

The series is produced by UCP. Andy Siara, who wrote the film Palm Springs, will write and executive produce the series alongside Allison Miller. Sam Esmail (Mr. Robot), via his overall deal with UCP, and Chad Hamilton of Esmail Corp, via Anonymous Content, serve as executive producers.

Sarah Matte of Esmail Corp serves as co-executive producer.
