Mediacorp Titles Coming to HBO GO

HBO GO has acquired a trio of drama titles from Singapore-based Mediacorp that will soon begin streaming in eight territories across Asia.

Per the deal, The Little Nyonya, Last Madame and Titoudao will be available to audiences in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. Last Madame and Titoudao will launch on HBO GO on August 1, followed by The Little Nyonya on September 1.

Set in the 1930s, Last Madame tells the story of banker Chi Ling, who returns from Hong Kong to settle an inheritance from her great-grandmother, who was the last brothel owner in Singapore. In her quest, she uncovers secrets and mysteries behind the inherited shophouse while reconciling with her roots.

Titoudao follows the ups and downs of celebrated wayang star Oon Ah Chiam, who climbs her way up to stardom while in the midst of a love triangle with two eligible men.

In The Little Nyonya, a Peranakan lady overcomes different struggles while living in a traditional family and dealing with a cousin who is envious of her many suitors.
