Mayor of Kingstown Renewed

Paramount+ has ordered a third season of the drama series Mayor of Kingstown.

The series, starring Oscar nominee Jeremy Renner, follows the McLusky family of power brokers in Kingstown, Michigan, where the business of incarceration is thriving. Tackling themes of systemic racism, corruption and inequality, the show provides a look at the family’s attempt to bring order and justice to a town lacking both.

From Hugh Dillon and Oscar nominee Taylor Sheridan, Mayor of Kingstown is produced by MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios exclusively for Paramount+. The series is executive produced by Sheridan, Dillon, Renner, Antoine Fuqua, David C. Glasser, Ron Burkle, Bob Yari, Michael Friedman, Dave Erickson and Regina Corrado.

The first and second seasons are available exclusively on Paramount+.
