Kurt Seyit & Sura Sells into Italy

Eccho Rights has licensed the Turkish drama series Kurt Seyit & Sura to Mediaset in Italy.

Mediaset will air Kurt Seyit & Sura on its flagship linear channel Canale 5, starting with a premiere tomorrow. Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ and Farah Zeynep Abdullah star in the lead roles of the Ay Yapım-produced drama.

“Italy was one of the first Western European territories to embrace drama from Turkey, so we are delighted to once more be bringing top Turkish content to Mediaset for their audiences,” said Melis Hamamcioglu, director of digital media acquisition and content sales at Eccho Rights.

Eccho Rights previously licensed Ay Yapım’s Brave and Beautiful, OGM’s My Home My Destiny and Sürec Film’s Sisterhood and Cherry Season to Mediaset Italy.
