Keshet International Secures Raft of Sales for Recent Acquisitions

Keshet International (KI) has completed numerous deals for recently acquired foreign-language dramas in Europe, Latin America and Southeast Asia.

The pay-TV and SVOD rights for the Swedish coming-of-age comedy drama Dreaming of England (Sommaren 85) were picked up by AMC Networks International for its channels in Spain and Portugal.

AMC Networks International also took the pay-TV and SVOD rights to the Quebecois crime procedural Blue Moon and the Norwegian comedy drama Pørni. The deal with AMC Networks International marks the first sales for Dreaming of England (Sommaren 85) and Blue Moon. KI has already completed sales for Pørni in 45 territories.

The Israeli crime series Line in the Sand, produced by Koda Communications, was sold to Globoplay in Brazil; Sports Media Venture for Mola in the U.K., Italy and Indonesia; and Filmin in Spain. This follows recent sales into France (Brut X), Germany (RTL), Belgium (BeTV) and Australia (Paramount+). KI also presold the second season of Line in the Sand, currently in preproduction for Keshet 12, to Mola and Filmin.

KI completed the first sales for the Icelandic comedy drama Journey and the Serbian crime drama Grupa (The Group) as well. RTV Slovenia picked up Journey, while Mola in Indonesia acquired Grupa (The Group).

The pay-TV rights for the Norwegian-German co-production Furia have been sold to SerieClub (owned by TF1 and M6) in France. KI has already completed sales for the series with Viaplay in 26 territories; SBS in Australia, with home-entertainment rights going to Potential Films; Cellcom tv in Israel; Filmin in Spain; and Mola TV in Indonesia.
