Jake McDorman Joins Peacock’s Mrs. Davis

Jake McDorman (Dopesick, The Right Stuff) has been cast to star in Peacock’s upcoming drama series Mrs. Davis, produced by Warner Bros. Television.

McDorman joins Betty Gilpin (GLOW, The Hunt), who plays a nun battling an all-powerful artificial intelligence. He will star as her rebellious ex, who has a personal vendetta against the algorithm.

Mrs. Davis comes from co-writers and executive producers Tara Hernandez (Young Sheldon) and Damon Lindelof (Watchmen, The Leftovers, Star Trek, Prometheus, World War Z, Tomorrowland), who are both under overall deals at Warner Bros. Television. Hernandez also serves as showrunner. Emmy Award-winning director Owen Harris (Black Mirror: San Junipero, Brave New World) will executive produce and direct multiple episodes.
