Hulu Renews King of the Hill for Additional Two Seasons

Hulu has renewed King of the Hill, which it revived after 15 years, for seasons 16 and 17 with a 20-episode order.

The series was initially revived two years ago with a 20-episode order. The ten-episode 14th season bowed in August, and the 15th is set to premiere in 2026.

In season 14, Hank and Peggy Hill return to Arlen, Texas after years working a propane job in Saudi Arabia to earn their early retirement nest egg. In Texas, they reconnect with their old friends, while Bobby is enjoying his 20s as a chef in Dallas.

Season 14 is produced by 20th Television Animation and executive produced by original co-creators Mike Judge and Greg Daniels, as well as incoming executive producer and showrunner Saladin Patterson. Additional executive producers are Michael Rotenberg and Howard Klein of 3 Arts Entertainment and Dustin Davis of Bandera Entertainment.

The original series ran for 13 seasons with over 250 episodes on FOX. All seasons are now streaming on Hulu.

The upcoming 15th season will premiere on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ for bundle subscribers in the U.S. and on Disney+ internationally.
