On July 26, as Syfy rebrands as Sky Sci-Fi, the horror series From will make its U.K. debut on the channel.

Executive produced by Lost creators Jack Bender and Jeff Pinkner, the ten-episode series unravels the mystery of a nightmarish town that traps anyone who enters. Harold Perrineau (Lost), Catalina Sandino Moreno (A Most Violent Year) and Eion Bailey (Band of Brothers) star.

From, created by John Griffin, is a co-production between EPIX Studios and MGM International Television Productions and is produced by Midnight Radio and AGBO. Bender directed the first four episodes.

In addition to Bender and Pinkner, executive producers are Griffin; Josh Appelbaum, André Nemec and Scott Rosenberg from Midnight Radio; Anthony Russo, Joe Russo and Mike Larocca for AGBO; and Lindsay Dunn. Midnight Radio’s Adrienne Erickson serves as co-executive producer.

The series originally premiered in the U.S. on EPIX. It is distributed internationally by Paramount Global Content Distribution.

“We can’t wait for From to land on screens just in time for the Sky Sci-Fi channel revamp,” said Zai Bennett, managing director of content for Sky UK and Ireland. “The new series is a brilliant addition to the hours of content that will be on offer for science fiction and fantasy fans, and viewers are in for a treat with the mystery that’s about to unfold.”
