Gunpowder Set for HBO Europe

Endemol Shine International has inked a deal with HBO Europe for the drama Gunpowder to air across the Nordics, Central and Eastern Europe and Spain.

Produced by Kudos, part of Endemol Shine Group, in association with Thriker Films, the 17th-century thriller was previously picked up by HBO in North America. The miniseries stars Kit Harington (Game of Thrones), Peter Mullan (Top of the Lake), Mark Gatiss (Sherlock) and Liv Tyler (Lord of the Rings). It debuted on BBC One in the U.K. in October.
