Fabel Entertainment (Bosch, Brilliant Minds) has promoted Jasmine Russ, who has been with the company since 2018, to senior VP.

In her new role, Russ will be responsible for leading the company’s creative direction and guiding its growing pipeline of original projects, while working closely with Henrik Bastin, CEO, and Christian Alvarez, director of development, to continue shaping the genre-agnostic slate.

Russ joined Fabel in 2018, establishing herself in the development team by setting up a diverse slate of projects and becoming integral to the Bosch franchise and other high-profile titles. Her producing credits include Bosch, Bosch: Legacy and the upcoming Ballard, along with supporting Interrogation and Brilliant Minds.

Russ succeeds Melissa Aouate as senior VP.

“Jasmine has been a creative force at Fabel since day one, consistently delivering that rare spark of magic that makes her projects truly stand out,” Bastin said. “Her sharp instincts, hands-on approach and boundless passion infuse every idea she touches. She’s a natural-born producer, and I couldn’t be more excited to have her by my side for this next chapter.”

“I’ve had the privilege of growing up within Fabel, and now the incredible honor of stepping into this new role at such a respected and visionary company,” commented Russ. “Fabel’s development slate is full of bold ideas and fearless storytelling, and I’m genuinely excited to help guide us into this next chapter of growth.”

“Watching Jasmine grow into this incredible leader and creative powerhouse has been a joy, and I couldn’t be prouder to see her stepping into this important role,” Aouate said. “I’m passing the torch knowing that Fabel is in the best of hands.”
